Freeze protection in the fall, a smooth restart in the spring — the two seasonal visits every system needs.
Winterization / Blow-Outs
We blow out every sprinkler line with compressed air so no water is left behind to freeze, crack pipes, or damage valves and backflow devices over the winter. Central Oregon winters are hard on irrigation systems that aren't properly blown out — this is cheap insurance against expensive spring repairs.
Pricing
Starting at $100 for the first three zones, plus $25 for each additional zone.
Spring Start-Ups
When the freeze risk passes, we bring your system back online: pressurizing lines slowly to avoid shock, checking every zone for winter damage, adjusting heads, and confirming the controller is programmed correctly for the season ahead.
